Who is in Charge?

Who is in Charge?

A couple of weeks ago, I began our mastermind group session with a quote that created a feeling of unease throughout the room and challenged the members to think at an entirely different level.

“The problem is not usually the problem. I am the problem.”

As a result of this quote, the group began to see the importance of personal growth and development and the awesome power we have when we will assume 100% responsibility for our own lives. As humans, our perceptions and fears may have been totally wrong and will create within us self-limiting beliefs about the control we have over our lives. The challenge is to look at ourselves through a different lens and begin to move closer to what is truly our own reality. By doing this we can gain more and more control over our problems.

We have the choice to grow ourselves and become the “change agents” that allows us to solve the problems we encounter. As we intentionally become the problem, we also become the potential solution that will make our journey more fulfilling. It only takes COURAGE on our part to make it happen.

Stay Positive and remember Today Matters.
